Epicurean Chef 27" x 17" Cutting Board
The 27″ × 18″ Chef Series is one of our largest cutting surfaces. It’s made using 1/2″ thick material and has almost 500 square inches of work area and a juice groove.
Epicurean's Chef Series Cutting Surfaces are made from 1/2" thick Richlite, an environmentally-friendly, natural wood fiber composite laminate that’s non porous to prohibit bacteria. Approved by the NSF (National Sanitary Foundation), durable Richlite has been demanded by chefs in restaurants and commercial kitchens worldwide for over 40 years. Richlite won’t dull knives, is dishwasher safe and temperature resistant up to 350ºF. It’s ideal for food preparation and serving, and develops a richer color over time. Dimensions: 27” x 17” x 1/2"
