Returns & Exchanges Policy

PLUM PUDDING is committed to providing its customers with quality products and exceptional customer service. If within 30 days of receipt of your order, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, PLUM PUDDING will gladly return your unused, undamaged merchandise for a full refund less shipping and gift wrap charges.

Orders for 6 or more of the same item are considered a special order and will incur a 25% restocking fee if returned, plus the cost of shipping we may have paid to send it to you.

Most of PLUM PUDDING’s products are fragile and must be treated with the utmost in care when repackaging them. Be sure to keep all original packing materials if you plan to return an item. For your security, please use an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. PLUM PUDDDING is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. All items must be packed sufficiently to receive full credit on the return. Pending inspection and approval of returned product, your card will be credited the full amount of your purchase less shipping and gift wrap charges. All credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Returns With A Receipt After 30 Days Of Receiving Order
Returns with a receipt after 30 days of receiving order will be refunded in the form of an exchange. Please contact PLUM PUDDING Customer Service at (888) 940-7586 Monday - Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST to assist you in this process.

Returns Without A Receipt
Returns without the original purchase receipt, including gift registry returns, will be refunded in the form of an exchange at the current selling price of the product. Please contact PLUM PUDDING Customer Service at (888) 940-7586 Monday - Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST to assist you in this process.

Returning Damage, Defective, Or Mis-Shipped Items
If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective, or not the correct product, PLUM PUDDING will provide a prepaid return label. Please contact PLUM PUDDING Customer Service at (888) 940-7586 Monday - Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST to obtain a return authorization shipping label via email.

Order Cancellation
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel backordered items that have not yet shipped, please contact PLUM PUDDING Customer Service at (888) 940-7586  Monday - Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Orders for monogrammed items cannot be canceled or returned. We ask that you take special care when specifying initials as these items are non-refundable.
