- Do not place in dishwasher or microwave.
- Avoid extended contact with water, salty or acidic foods; coat lightly with vegetable oil or spray to easily avoid staining.
- Warm to 350 degerees for hot foods. Freeze or chill for summer entertaining.
- Cutting directly on the metal surface will scratch the finish.
- Occasional use of non-abrasive metal polish will revive luster.
